el Capitan!

Here's yet another Captain America drawing I did recently. I think I doodle Captain America these days almost as much as Iron Man -- and whenever I do, I can't resist "going all Kirby" on it! I've always loved the way Jack Kirby drew Captain America with the boxer shorts and the meaty hands. And, getting all geek-history here, I gotta say that the definitive Kirby inker on Captain America was Frank Giacoia. Those two made one heck of a team-up.

Mike, I love this, love everything Kirby ... And you're right about Frank over Kirby on Cap, even though Sinnott came in on issue 92, Frank was the man!

It's funny, how we think of awesome inkers on different books, Sinnott on FF, Frank on Cap... and my all time fav over Jack on Thor was Stone.... I think he's got to be my all time favorite Kirby inker.

This is excellent. And you're right about the kirby boxer shorts, that's the way to wear the super hero gear

Great Kirby adapt. Still i prefer the non-hypoctite version of ultimate cap.
Your work stunt me; you have a link in my blog. Greetings¡¡
